"Your Future is Family Medicine" is a tool provided by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) to be used by family physicians when presenting key concepts about the specialty of family medicine to medical students.

Produced by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine (STFM). Developed in collaboration with the Association of Departments of Family Medicine (ADFM), Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors and the Academic Family Medicine Organizations Predoctoral Education Subcommittee.
